When you order an item, we request our high quality fulfilment partner creates and/or prints your chosen design onto your chosen product and when it's ready, they ship it to you.
This enables us to carry more designs and colours per pet. The main downside is that your order takes a little longer to reach you than off-the-shelf products.
Where do products ship from?
Our print partner has comprehensive high quality print/fulfilment centres in the US, the EU, Canada and the UK.
That means that in those locations (US, EU, UK, Canada) you can usually expect local shipping (i.e. no import duties to pay).
Some products or variants (i.e. certain sizes, or colours) might not be stocked in every fulfilment location though, so to help inform you, we've placed a "Locally Shipped?" indicator on each product variant, close to the 'Add to Cart' button, which gives a good indication of whether that item is stocked local to you.
Usually that indicator will be a good estimate, but occasionally (varying stock levels and such) it's possible that an order would still end up being shipped internationally. If that ever happened, we'd contact you first to see if you're happy for international shipping to proceed and refund if you're not.
We deliver to many other locations around the globe as well, but as a customer outside of the locations mentioned above, you'd need to be aware that import duties (and possibly other charges, as per the laws that apply to your region) would very likely be charged on your order.
Which Countries do you ship to?
Our products ship to most countries, with the exception of some that have incompatible laws or are considered too dangerous for the carriers to ship to. We don't have control over which locations our carrier regard as safe but as a general guide, if you have selected your correct country on site and can add items to your basket, then you should be able to complete your purchase.

In the UK, hence our odd spelling of a few words (like ‘colour’). Apologies, habit is too established to reliably spell it any other way!
