Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted / damaged /defective items should be submitted within 21 days after product has been received using the process below.  For packages lost in transit, all claims should be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part, or on the part of our fulfilment partner, are covered at our expense.

Please note that for all claims, the first step is to follow the process below.  Failure to follow the process (i.e. returning something without first contacting us) may result in unnecessary expense or claims that cannot be processed.

Please note that, as per our terms of service, due to customised nature of our products, we cannot offer size exchanges or returns based on buyer remorse.

If the courier hasn’t been able to deliver because of an address incorrectly specified by the customer, the customer will usually be responsible for the cost of a reshipment. 

If the courier shows the package as lost in transit, we will cover cost of sending a new Product. 

If the courier shows the package as delivered successfully, but you haven’t received it, then you will need to take this issue up directly with the courier (they may have notes from the driver about where the package was left).
